About the UEMS Journal

The UEMS Journal is a new publication created by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) to share ideas, perspectives, and analysis on topics that matter to medical specialists across Europe.

We invite contributions that explore professional practice, education and training, health policy, innovation, and emerging scientific developments, always with a European or cross-national perspective. The journal is a space for thoughtful discussion and reflection, rather than original clinical or laboratory research.

To support broad participation and encourage new voices, submissions are free of charge until June 2026, as part of the journal’s launch phase.

If you have an idea, insight, or perspective to share, we warmly encourage you to submit your article and take part in shaping this new UEMS initiative. The submitted articles should be between 1800-2000 words.
