UEMS office received several requests with regard to Diploma authentication in Belgium.

In order for a document to be authenticated by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it has to be signed by the legal representative of a Belgian legal entity, whose signature can be authenticated by a Belgian Civil Officer. We have been looking into ways of securing concrete outcome for such administrative process which is rather complex. In this regard, we liaised with the notary of the UEMS who has accepted to validate the signature of the legal representative of the UEMS, thus creating the first step towards legalization of your diploma.

We would like to inform you that we have established a procedure to facilitate the recognition process of the Diploma. For more information, please contact us at info@uems.eu

Please note that the administrative fee for this procedure is 95€ (ninety-five euros). The sending costs of returning Diplomas by registered post is also at the candidate’s charge (40€ to 50 € depending on the countries). Once the Diploma is signed, we will issue an invoice and ask you to pay by bank transfer. Once the payment is received, we will return the document back to you.

Important notice : It is the applicant’s responsibility to send the Diploma to the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to have it legalized and follow the requested procedure.
