The meeting will start at 10.00 local time and will end at 16.00.

Please inform us about your attendance until November 1st. Please book your hotel room yourself, at the UEMS rate at Thon Hotel rue de la loi 75, 1040 Brussels. Please mention your costomer number: TH8204. Company name: UEMS.

We will cover the hotel cost for one night. Please send the bill to our treasurer Rik Schrijvers, Herestraat 49, 3000 Leuven, Belgium. Your national society has to cover the transportation cost.
