The UEMS Bi-Annual Meeting, hosted by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), is a premier event uniting medical experts across Europe. Participation is strictly by invitation. Gala Dinner Information
As part of the Council programme, we are pleased to invite all participants to the Gala Dinner, which will be held on Friday, 25 April at 19:00 at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie (Avenue Louise 91–93, 1050 Brussels).

• Tuna Tartare – Fresh diced tuna with avocado on soft yellow tuna-flavoured bread
• Carpaccio Sphere – Thinly sliced raw beef with creamy beef tartare, white asparagus, olives & parmesan cheese
• Butternut Delight (Suitable for vegetarians) – Butternut hummus, roasted butternut, crispy beetroot balls & fresh salad with balsamic dressing
Main Courses
• Creamy Truffle Chicken – Tender Belgian chicken with truffle sauce, sautéed baby potatoes, mushrooms & asparagus
• Grilled Grey Bream – Delicate white fish with creamy cauliflower purée & light pea sauce
• Stuffed Eggplant (Suitable for vegetarians) – Baked eggplant filled with soy protein and rice
