Flawless Meeting & Event Coordination

The team provides comprehensive support including agenda drafting, minute-taking, teleconference setup,  travel arrangements, , and preparation and circulation of all supporting documents. Close coordination with delegates, assessors, and external partners guarantees efficient communication and precise organisation for CESMA, NASCE, Divisions, and the Section of Surgery.



Modern, Accurate & Engaging Digital Presence

We maintain websites and online platforms as reliable, up-to-date sources of information for members, applicants, and visitors. Services include website updates, technical adjustments, publication of news and deadlines, management of membership and Fellows’ pages, application monitoring, and documentation updates for accredited centres and applicant organisations.



Comprehensive Examination & Candidate Support

We manage the complete workflow for examinations, preparatory courses, and appraisals. This includes handling candidate lists and applications, preparing invitations and official correspondence, issuing results, producing visa letters and certificates, coordinating with Heads of Examination, and administering the Icognitus online exam platform. 



Reliable Financial Coordination & Reporting

Financial administration at UEMS is managed with full accountability and traceability. Services cover continuous bookkeeping, collection of membership fees, preparation of budgets and annual financial statements, payment management including EBSQ examinations, PayPal transaction handling, and support for Treasurers and Finance teams. These processes ensure operations remain compliant, efficient, and financially transparent.

SECRETARIAT SUPPORT SERVICE PACKAGES

  •  Ad hoc services: 40€/hour
  •  Half-time monthly support: 1,500€
  •  8 hours per week: 300€ 
  • Full-time monthly support: 3,000€

  •  Requests and needs to be sent to secretariat@uems.eu
  •  For ad hoc service, detailed summary of tasks done provided on request
  • Notification of costs to the Section/MJC Bureau via a request for payment on trimester and semester basis ( to be agreed)
