The masterclass is designed to teach leaders and medical educators how to develop, implement, and run an evidence-based simulation program for surgical training. The program covers all steps from conducting a general needs assessment to choosing effective educational strategies. We teach highly interactively thus allowing participants to implement the learned skills in their own context. The faculty comes from CAMES very experienced group of researchers and consultants. The evaluation from last years participant was simply excellent and we look forward to meeting a dedicated international group of educators in Copenhagen in June.
